Synopsis: PARANOIA is a psychological thriller. Soft-spoken Alaina Denison (Katherine Stewart) begins an experimental infertility treatment causing her struggles between fantasy and reality. Her best friend (horror scream queen Tiffany Shepis) grows concerned when her husband (James Ray) investigates the murder of Alaina’s husband (Shane Dean).
